Mainly used in reclaimed rubber refining mill equipment, through the shear force of two rollers with high speed ratio, the molecular chain in recycled rubber powder is rolled open, producing the new recycled rubber film, the roller is waist drum shape (medium height), mainly used to remove impurities in reclaimed rubber, while eliminating the winding deformation, so that the reclaimed rubber film is smooth. Because the reclaimed rubber film pressed out by the refining mill is very thin, the temperature requirement of the roller surface is high, and the recycling index of the low-temperature rubber refining mill is stable, so most of the refining mill rolls choose the ring drilling structure.
