Description

As the outer centrifugal casting, Matrix structure is pearlite, a small amount of carbide, spherical graphite. Hardness drop will less than static cast roll. It has better resistance to thermal cracking and higher resistance of the tensile strength. At the same time the center has a higher intensity by separate nodulizing.
